Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

If you need to cancel, you need to either send us a message or an email up to 24 hours before the lesson start time. Please note, if you cancel a lesson up to 24 hours before the lesson start time you will be issued a full refund, however lessons cancelled within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund unless due to a special circumstance (which you will need a note for), in this case please let us know.

 

Rescheduling

Lessons can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the lesson start time and date. Likewise, you can email us to let us know. Lessons cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the lesson, however, if special circumstances arise, please let us know.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in full if lessons are cancelled up to 24 hours before the lesson start time, refunds will not be available if lessons are cancelled within 24 hours unless otherwise negotiated. Packages are non-refundable, if you need to extend your package because of certain circumstances, please let us know.
